Nexi Smart Receipt is the app that collects digital receipts when you pay by card. It stores the slip. It does not count calories. CaloriSpy is what you do with the food afterwards.
Nexi Smart Receipt is an app for digital receipts. You register your payment cards. Shop in a store on their network, and the receipt lands on the phone instead of in a coat pocket.
It is the receipt app, not CaloriSpy. The App Store listing says so: view receipts, search them, download them, upload your own. Returns, warranties, a till that does not print paper. Not a food number.
It used to be called Storebox
Before Nexi bought the service, it was called Storebox. People still search that name. OIL! says so on its own page: the app has changed name to Nexi Smart Receipt. Føtex, Bilka and Salling have talked about Storebox as the digital slip for years.
In CaloriSpy it is the same connection. The button reads Nexi Smart Receipt. The old identifier in the system is unchanged, and you should not have to see it.
What the app does, and what it does not
You register the card. You shop. The slip arrives. You can look up Tuesday's purchase if you need to return a jumper or find a voucher. That is the job.
The app does not know whether the milk was drunk. It does not know what 100 g of rye bread is in calories. It is an archive. A food diary that starts by typing Arla Skyr in by hand is a different pile of paperwork, and this app does not take that off you either.
What CaloriSpy does with the receipt
Connect Nexi Smart Receipt in CaloriSpy. Purchases that already happened land in the Food Bank. At night you tick what you ate. About fifteen seconds. Buying milk is still not drinking it.
Line names are matched to the catalog. Bags, deposits and things that are clearly not food are filtered out. A line we cannot stand behind waits in review instead of becoming a made-up number. Same routine as Coop or Salling. Nexi Smart Receipt is just the automatic till, when the shop already sends the receipt with the card.
Which shops
Nexi Smart Receipt writes about a shop network in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. That is their network. CaloriSpy does not claim to cover every chain in it as a separate connection.
What we connect is what the homepage already names: Nexi Smart Receipt, Coop, Salling ID, Rema 1000, Lidl, Wolt, Circle K, and Kanpla for the canteen. Shop somewhere else and you forward the receipt mail to your CaloriSpy address. That is the fallback, not the main road.
What we are not claiming
CaloriSpy is not Nexi Smart Receipt. We do not replace their app for returns and warranties. We are not Nets, and we are not the till at Føtex.
We do not invent a shop count. We do not invent a match for every line. A photo of a paper slip is not the product. Mail forwarding exists. The connection is how most purchases should arrive, when the card already sends the receipt.
