Getting started
CaloriSpy signs you in with a magic link. Enter your email and tap the link. No password to invent. Then connect the shops you already use. The app fills your Food Bank from those purchases.

- What is a magic link?
- Do I have to set up my foods manually?
- Can I use CaloriSpy on the web and on my phone?
Connecting shops
Connect Nexi Smart Receipt, Coop, Salling ID, Rema 1000, Lidl, Wolt, Circle K and Kanpla from Preferences. Once a shop is connected, your purchases flow into your Food Bank on their own. For receipts from other places, a private email inbox works as a fallback. Forward the receipt and CaloriSpy reads it.

The Food Bank
The Food Bank is a kitchen inventory built from your purchases. Groceries wait until you say you ate them. Restaurant orders that we recognise with high confidence can go straight into today. That leaves check-in as a checklist, not a blank search box.
- What is the Food Bank exactly?
- Why do groceries wait instead of logging immediately?
- What happens to food I never eat?
- Can I add something to the Food Bank myself?
Nightly check-in
Check in each evening by opening the app, tapping what you ate from the Food Bank, and saving. With a stocked Food Bank it takes about fifteen seconds. Missed a night? Open that day later and save it. No streak to keep alive.
- How long does a check-in take?
- What if I forgot to check in yesterday?
- What if I ate something that is not in my bank?
- Can I correct an entry after saving?
Food data
Nutrition comes from CaloriSpy's food catalog, which combines retailer product data with reference food databases. Values are shown per 100 g where the source has trusted data. If a purchase matched the wrong product, you can rematch it, and you can create your own foods for anything the catalog misses.

- What do I do when a product matched wrongly?
- Can I create my own foods?
- Why do some foods show no macros?
Your account
Your purchase and food data belong to you. Export everything from account settings. Deleting your account removes the data. Shop connections only read receipts and purchases. CaloriSpy never places orders or changes anything at the retailer.
- Can I export my data?
- How do I delete my account?
- What can CaloriSpy do with my shop connection?
- How do I change my email?
